sorry to hear that, hopefully everything goes well. im simply curious, what symptoms did you have that went unnoticed for three years?
thank you rumpled for all of your support. It means alot to me, I am very sorry to hear about your expeirence in this area. I hope your cousin gets better. Thank you Ill let you know. Me too.
I am sorry about your history - I have lost my dad and uncle to brain cancer and have a cousin currently battling brain cancer. So I may understand a little.
Let us know the results of your tests. I hope all turns out better than expected.
Im going to be recieving an MRI and a another test (i forget the name) to test how bad the nueropathy is. Im not jumping to any conclusions thank you. He was the one who mentioned the brain tumor and Ms. Im just trying to figure out his thought process. If you knew the kind of background of cancer history in my family (all very painful and sad deaths) you wouldnt blame me for being alittle worried. I have a one year old son that Id like to be able to watch grow up and I have to worry about him. Both MS and tumors are not exactly wonderful diagnoses and he said he is very sure i have one or the other. Im just trying to figure out if it would even be possible for a brain tumor. Thank you for your insight.
I would hope that you now will get some scans and some other testing to confirm if you do or do not have a mass.
Some cancers can be very slow growing. It all depends on the type. It also could be a large benign mass and it could be mass effect symptoms.
Wait until all the testing is in before you jump to conclusions.
