Biopsy path report

Recently received path report on core needle biopsy. Here’s what it said: Atypical Proliferation, Columnar cell change/hyperplasia. Also E-Cadherin  is negative in atypical cells. Also ER, CK5/6 and p63 are positive. I know it’s not cancer but I have a history of  high grade DCIS in the other breast 16 years ago. What might some next steps be? And considering my history, how aggressively should this be pursued? I’m a bit rattled.
