Hi,

Do not panic. Relax and handle this maturely - this in fact most probably is one of the first signs of puberty after all.

Do post us if you have any doubts or queries.

Regards.

Hi,

Most probably, you have nothing to be worried about. At age 15 there are a lot of change happening to your body including hormonal changes.

There is some amount of breast tissue in all males and with the hormonal 'storm', the male breast is also involved. Slight swelling and lumping with a little pain/tenderness is common. This is a part of secondary sexual changes in the body during puberty.

However, the final diagnosis can only be made by your doctor and you should  see him/her to get a clear diagnosis.

Let us know if you may have any more queries and what your doctor says.

All the best.
