Update. (:

So...
I went to my neurologist a couple days ago. They think I'm experiencing migraines. I had to get blood drawn because I'm having weird heart beats. I have to get a sleep test cause I might be narcaleptic. And I have to get tested for ADD and ADHD. Uhmm. Some more bad news, I have to retake two classes over summer because I have F's in them. Actually, I have F's in 3 classes, but I'm hoping in one of em I can bring it up within the next 20 days...
BUT ON A HAPPIER NOTE (:
May 5th will hopefully be the day I get released for sports.! Since I started going back to school full days, I have only missed one full day, and thats because I had doctors appointments all day.!! I went to a football callout and all my old coaches are very understanding but they definitely still want/need me.! I'm so excited.
Even tho this surgery pushed some people away, it also brought some people much, much closer. I have a best friend named Jefry, and he is the best thing to ever happen to me. He can always make me laugh and act crazy and forget everything when I'm with him. And I also got a new best friend named Molly. She's always there for me and she understands what I'm going through. So yes, I cannot say my life is perfect, but I'm happy with how it is. I mean it could always be worse. I GET TO PLAY FOOTBALL.!!! hopefully. lol And that's something some people told me I'd most likely have to give up.
Shows you what a little bit of faith can do. (:
Stay strong my fellow Chiarians. Things will get better.
Love, Allison (:

HI..ditto what Carolyn said....I too am worried like a mom for u and football may be a bit early to go back...but, u may be ok...listen to ur body, not what u want to do , what u can do with out added symptoms or HA's.

I am most concerned that it may be too much with having to retake classes to get ur grades up.....again, u have to try and see and again reassess what u can  and what u want.....and go from there.

Good luck and thanks for the update and leaving so much of ur positive attitude here with us
: ) u r an inspiration to say the least.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bit of a setback, unfortunately that is a fairly common thing after surgery.. I really hope that you are putting your grades into perspective..you had major surgery..it is amazing you are going to school as much as you are!!

I only say this b/c I am worried for you...with the migraines and the palpitations...please, please make sure that you feel ok b4 going back to football!! OK, again the mom in me but that is all I am going to say :)

Keeping the faith is SO important--good for you!! With my experience I have learned and done things that I may have never done, so there is always a bright side to every situation.

Take care of yourself and thanks for checking itn!
