Big no no. Lol

I was at my daughters softball game today. And a fly ball came my way.  Not only did I jump up too fast bad as an old softball player my self I went to catch it.     The fast movement and looking up was a VERY BIG no no.  I was done for the rest of the game. And 4 tramadol and 5 exedrine migrain is not touching this.  Lol.  Well I will mo for next time.  I am officially benches from sports.  Lol.  Hey. At least she got some good hits and she had a good game as catcher.  I guess it's time to pass the glove on to her.

Yall tortured me with this thread last night! I was up at like 3am (couldn't log on though i think my phone is possessed lol) and after i read this i wanted cake SO BAD! But i was a good girl selma and didn't try to fix one myself! Ate some italian ice instead ;-) Oh, and lou sometimes the little things will do it too! Yesterday a bee flew at my head and i jerked out of the way - OUCH my neck! Which my neck still hurts a lot from surgery but it was just instinct for me to move out of the way, dumb move but oh well. n40066- I just read a book called **women food and God" it's about not being on a diet, listening to your body, not depriving yourself. If you want a piece of cake, eat a piece of cake. Just eat A piece of cake LOL. Otherwise, you will keep on craving it, and you keep on feeling bad about yourself. If you just eat the cake when you feel like it, it will lose that 'You want what you can't have' meantality.

Now, mind you, I JUST read it. She does say, if you eat everything in sight, or eat compulsivly, of course you will gain weight. But I guess the general idea is that by not depriving yourself, realizing you can always eat, it loses it's appeal.

My daughter plays softball too. And I used to play as well. One thing that I can suggest is to move further away from the field. I know it is hard because you like to be near the action :( but sometimes it is best so you dont have the "player instinct" to go after the ball. Lol.
Good luck.

Ouch! it's a bummer when you do something without thinking and then you suffer. Yesterday we were taking my moms new dog  (australian sheperd)for a walk with our dogs (shih-tzu) and two huge dogs came running up. We don't know this new dogs temperment so I go running down there because my daughter was walking the sheperd and I was scared if something happened she was in the middle. Needless to say running downhill on hard concrete was not the best idea. HEY! I just put two and two together- my tingling and numbness started a while after that! HA! I am so smart LOL
