Does it hurt anybody else whenever you put your hair behind your ears?

The last few months has got to the point where when I'm wearing my hair down if I try to take and tuck my hair behind my ears it hurts really bad and it starts causing me a lot of pain in my head. Does anyone else experience this problem at all? I know 2 try to have it where that does not happen that much just don't tuck your hair behind your ears but is there anything else that can help? It sucks not being able to wear a headband or to put my hair in a ponytail or try to do anything with it because everything I do makes it hurt. Does anyone else experience these?

Hi.....I had issues with pony tails and headbands and just recently started to wear them again....I also have had issues wearing turtle necks, and necklaces..I really think it is the nerves coming back to life and be over active.....the CSF obstruction that was relieved during decompression allows nerves that were impinged to begin to work again and they over work causing all sorts of symptoms.

I after 40 plus yrs., I grew my hair out since I had a failed back surgery, and wasn’t returning back to my career. As it got longer I was experiencing my nerve damage moving from my entire body, besides my face was numb... well it finalized last Sumer... numb from my head to my toes. I had
to cut my hair to a chin length bob due to my ears killing me and my part would throb then go to full blown migraines. Luckily my sons wedding was over because I wanted it long so I could have my only updo of my life. The only thing I can do to my hair is wear a small bobby pin in me bang area and it can’t go to my skin only hair on top of hair to keep it out of my eyes, so I totally understand. The only reason I haven’t cut it short again is because I have gained so much weight it’s just not appealing to me and I’m all grey underneath so I would have to color it weekly
