Has anybody experienced throbbing in neck post op?
I am 3 weeks post-op today. I am experiencing a lot of stiffness and a throbbing pain on the left side of my neck. I also get light headed when standing up (sometimes I see dark spots) Has this happened to anybody else? What remedies do you recommend to make this recovery more comfortable? Thank you!

Hi and welcome back ! And congratulations you are now a zipperhead as many of us refer to each other....
Have you done any neck exercises since surgery and do you use a heating pad at all? The stiffness is typical but the exercises and heat will help to keep those muscles moving with out getting tight.
Are you still on pain meds? The meds may be the reason for getting light headed at this point.....
