Pillows for sleeping

Do any of you recommend a certain pillow for sleeping at night to help avoid chiari headaches?

don't laugh, but when the ha gets me really good, i put a pillow....kinda tuck it under each side of my neck, under my ears and just put my head on the bed.  my head isn't really propped up on the pillows, but just kinda supports my head.  sounds goofy, but it works for me!  lol  what can i say.   i'm chiari wierd!

Hmm, the one I currently use is a memory foam from JcPenny and I loved the switch from a reg. pillow to that.  However wondering if there is something better.
