Sorry for the delay in answering! :-\ I've not been reading the list everyday lately.
No, I decided not to do the RF. After asking around and questioning the Dr more about it he confirmed that he'd not done it on anyone with CM before. When asked why he thought it would work for me if he'd not done it before he confirmed that in his opinion the HA, shoulder and back pains where not from CM. He belived the subcrainial HAs where related to other issues, which he couldn't seem to confirm. So in sort I politely told him what I thought and left. Don't need more problems and the RF is not like taking a pill and later finding out "oh, my body doesn't like this on" rather once you have it the damage is done. If the damage helps you great. If it doesn't you're stuck with it. So for me to allow a Dr who basically doesn't choose to recognize Chiari exists to do this to me... nah.
Actually later found out that this pain Dr is the anisteioligist for the NS who threw me in phyc ward right after looking at my brain MRI, seeing the Chiari and calling it 'incidental'.
Anyway, sorry it took me so long to get back to you.

Did you have the radio frequency therapy last year and what was your experience? How long did it last? Would you consider doing it again?
:-) Yes, I'm a little nervous and have not agreed to it just yet. But this Dr is supposed to be communicating with Dr Di about it so we'll see. I'm supposed to get a tele call tommrow afternoon.
Hi Wolf...never had it done, but am very interested in this procedure...so I am waiting to hear with baited breathe ......
