Surgery again....

Just met with the NS. I have adhesions adhering the tonsils and also on the patch and mesh plate causing a csf blockage. And mentioned enlarged ventricles.

At least there’s an answer even if it’s a harsh one.

So here’s to chiari awareness month! Lol

I am so sorry to hear you need more surgery, but at least you have answers to what was going on.....Hopefully you will not develop those adhesions again.Please post your surgery date when you get it so we can have a prayer thread for you.

I guess it wasn’t what I was expecting to hear so it took some time to sink in but I’d rather fight the known as to guessing the unknown.

I haven’t scheduled the surgery yet because I wanted to think about although I know it’s inebitable. She’s scheduling 3 months out so it’ll be December and I don’t wanna be down for the count around the holidays so I guess I’ll try for he beginning of January. Then there’s the weather to consider... ugh

You’ve done so much for me and so many others and I just wanted to let you know that it doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated.

I may be plagued with chiari misery but so grateful for this forum and kind people like you. You have a golden heart

I’m probably gonna call tomorrow and schedule surgery
