Is this a syrinx & how would it be measured?

The reason this MRI was ordered was to r/o cervical spondylosis & neck pain. Nothing was mentioned in the report from the radiologist (MD)or the signed report from the NS who also viewed the films. You can read the entire report on my profile under pic "is this a syrinx?".

I'm the one who found the Chiari, & I still have tons of ?s...any info or comments would be greatly appreciated.

currently waiting on out of network referral for Vanderbilt Specialist....going insane waiting, just wanting to find out as much as possible so I won't be blindsided once I finally get to see my future hero lol...hopefully....

It was w/o contrast, there is another pic I'd like to get your opinion on in my pics about the tip of my cerebellar tonsils appearing white & another possible syrinx furthet down in my spinal cord. I've had pain, numbness, tingling, zaps of electricity all over as welb is what makes me believe they are syrinx. I've seen hundreds of different MRI pics that show syrinx appearing lighter & darker but  none as large, but most smaller ones were discovered alot sooner though.  I appreciate  you taking to take a look...thanks...

The quality of that scan makes it difficult to see, the dark area in that view is your spinal cord, normally a Syrinx would show up as a light area within the cord.
