Hi and welcome to the Chiari forum.
First, when u said ur brain MRI was "normal" was that what u were told? Do u have a copy of the MRI and the report? Many times we r told it is "normal" when in fact something is going on, but far too many Drs consider it "normal" or an insignificant finding....so do look closer at the MRI and report for ur Brain MRI.
Next...were u in a MVA? had a fall? For the amount of disk issues I wonder ....and I would suggest u get checked for ehlers-danlos since so many of ur disks r shifting out of place.
Syringomyelia can be congenital or acquired do u know which one u have?
I have a nerve chart that will show which disk will affect which nerve and what the symptoms could be, use this chart to see if ur symptoms match ur dx-

I have a copy of the mri disc though.I was in a mva, so spinal cord cyst probably formed then d/t no symptoms before this. and most of my symptoms are arms and legs numbness, weakness. numb feet at night, severe muscle cramps in legs. had bw work drawn for vit d, ana, ra, sjogren syndome, ck, mb fraction, relative index, sed rate, calcium, c reactive protein, lyme, cmp, cbc, scleroderma, . the only high was rnp/sm was 86 normal is 0-83. all else was within the normal range.

Many Drs that do not really know and understand Chiari have told many of that, only to find that is not the case....Chiari is not "normal" and I would still request a copy of the MRI.
U do have to go with what u feel is best for u, and if the Dr is giving treatments that r helping.....
