Hi if we have ne newbies to this thread please start at the top of the thread and slowly work ur way down....
Do not rush ur way thru the exercises......and make sure if u r recently decompressed do the neck exercises several times a day to prevent the muscles from getting tight and scar tissue from forming.
That is y I have posted exercises for those of us with limitations.....some of the exercises are while seated...and should be added to slowly and allow u to adjust to them to help avoid a flare....
Walking is one of the best things we can do.
I'm still afraid to try exercising for fear of a flare. With that said, I am starting to put a little weight on becuase of a few of my medications. Makes things more depressing.
