benign tonsillar ectopia ?

Hi everyone!

So after checking my whole spinal cord they found, a herniated cervical disc between c5c6 (indenting the thecal sac), disc buldes between c4c5 c6c7, and straightening of the cervical spine, thankfully NO syrinx in the whole spine.

I am only 22, obese, my herniated disc seem to be due to an injury but can't really remember when, and worsened over time.

I have also benign tonsiller ectopia < 1mm NO syrinx, and I have signs of increased intracranial pressure in the brain mri (partially empty sella) and other signs.

Checked my pitutary hormones slightly high prolactin, other hormones are within normal range.

According to my radiologist and what he saw on my brain mri, I have enough space for csf to flow, and my ectopia is better left alone and check on over time.

Checking on spinal cord forums I am quite sure my daily headaches are related to my herniated disc and bulges not to the ectopia, and when I wear neck breace the headaches go away (tension headaches),

I have symptoms related to chiari, sometimes I have sudden onsets of severe pressure in my head with nausea and vomiting but very rare (different than the cervical related tension headaches), sleeping apnea, fatigue all day, feeling drunk like when walking, floaters and too much more.

The worst symptom that is bothering me is the ringing in my ears 24/7 (right ear much worse than left), sudden pain, clicking everytime I swallow or turn my head in any direction, my eardrums feel retracted and squeezed all the time but sometimes pressured and pushed outwards, when checked my eardrums looked red.

I have a broblem that I cant breathe properly through my nose, and I am naturally breathing through my mouth since I was young, so my jaw is always dropping. Checked thr doctor for tmj, he said tmj is not the cause of my ear problem.

I can not relate what is causing my ears to click and feel retracted or pressured, either it's a pinched nerve in my neck, or the tonsillar ectopia, my ear problem started one year ago.

If I turn my neck far to the left ringing in my right ear significanly increases, same goes if i turn to the other side, does that happen with chiarians ?

Also I'm thinking can the straightening of the cervical spine be the cause of my benign tonsillar ectopia ?

If I loose weight (60pounds lets say) would it help with my tonsillar ectopia, or at least the csf flow, and decrease my ICP ?

Can benign ectopia return back to normal position if the pressure inside the head is decreased ?

Can chiropractic adjustment to my neck, increase tonsiallar ectopia ?

Thank You so much for bearing up with me till the end !
answers to my question are much appreciated !

Do you know if your sleep apnea is central or obstructive?
Did you have a CINE MRI for them to determine that CSF flow was ok?
Loss of cervical lordosis (straightening of the cervical spine) can be caused by whip lash or injury....which is most likely what they were referring to with the disk issues too.Any blunt force to that area...fall, MVA, could be a reason for these issues.
Benign means no symptoms....but you do have symptoms which makes me wonder , were the Drs that gave you this DX true Chiari specialists? Cerebral tonsils that are low lying due to injury ( Acquired Chiari ) sometimes retract back into place...and sometimes they do not and the same surgery is used to treat this issue/condition.
Chiropractic adjustments can cause pressure on the brain stem or spinal column and is not suggested for those with Chiari...so avoid manipulations of the cervical spine to  prevent further injury.
