Hi! I'm new to all of this too. I was given this link and told to download the chiari handbook. It has been absolutely wonderful in educating me on everything I need to know. It REALLY helps!

Click the link called "CM and SM handbook."
This is what Dr. Jho's website says. Has anybody been there? Had this proceedure?
"Dr. Jho performs Chiari decompression with minimally invasive endoscopic techniques. With endoscopic techniques, the Chiari decompression procedure is performed via a small incision, but achieves adequate decompression as conventional microscopic decompression does. The minimally invasive endoscopic decompression enhances a patient's quick recovery with less postoperative pain and a shorter hospital stay than in conventional procedures."
Hi...I have seen the name b4, but that will not help...sorry.....the best thing u can do is call the office and ask...if they ask u to spell chiari , that is a good indication they do not handle much of it there...or, it is a new girl on the desk...ask her...
But, I know I have seen the name b4....but outside that I can not add nething.
