Need tips on airlines/tickets for ive never flown before, i dont know where to begin. Might be goin solo. Need someone to stay home with pets and someone to watch kids. Besides my fiance cant afford it and im not payin his way, ive paid all of our bills lately with my unemployment(which aint much). Any ideas about where i can find cheapest tickets, or where i begin? Should i contact travel agent or do it myself?

Dr Oro office will send you an out of towers guide that will give you lower rates with some of the hotels.  Regardless of what they tell you they are not within walking distance.  We found that none had reliable shuttles so we rented a car.  The last trip we took the car was like 13 a day so just shop around.  Frontier hub is there so their flight was cheapest for me.  I went on travelocity punched in info to get a few cheap ones and then priced directly on the airlines and booked there.  Good luck!  I go back 4/9 for follow up.

There are online companies that compare prices of different flights.dont. know which they are in the states.but the earlier u book the cheaper.google the flight and check in low cost airlines.

Spirit Airlines has a mailing list you can join. Then they send you periodic sales emails. Some of them are dirt cheap I've seen as low as $9 to Fla. That isn't the norm but if they have a flight going where you need it they often have cheap rates. Cheaptickets will at times have a discounted rate as well.

No doubt there are others but those are the two that I've used. Hope it helps.
