3 year old mimicking in a negative way

I have a 3 year old with behavior problems. Besides not listening to my wife and myself, acting out in school, cursing, now he mimics me! If i say...come on, be a good boy, he repeats it in a mocking way. Even though we have behaviorist working with him, nothing seems to help. We need advise!!!

I'm not quite understanding your situation.

He's 3 years old - the age when kids usually copy their parents words,  gestures,  etc.,  in a way that sometimes seems insulting because it's so accurate.

Why is he "cursing"?  Someone is modeling cursing for him.
