Need some Reassurance guy (A) Guy (B)

I Female, had sexual intercourse with a guy(A) on September 2nd 2022 and by September 28th I got my period (so I think) on October 7th I had sexual intercourse with a different guy(B). I should’ve already gotten my period, but i haven’t. I took a pregnancy test the same day I should’ve gotten my period but a positive pregnancy test came back. I took 3 more the following day. Also positive. I am not sure if I'm overthinking this, but who would most likely be the father? Was the “period” just implantation bleeding? From what I’ve read implantation bleeding would happen before your period. It’s also important to note that for guy (A) I was not ovulating, I was a day off my period. For guy (B) I was ovulating according to my period tracking app. I have an appt set up to see how far I am, but do I tell them? It’s a full month apart, wouldnt I have had symptoms from guy (A) already? Please help

It really doesn't sound like there is any way Guy A is the dad. See the FAQ's at the top of the community, your thing to do now is to book a doctor's appointment for next week or at the latest the week after that (the 14th-18th), and make sure you can have an ultrasound at the first appointment. It would show an embryo small enough to confirm that the guy from September 2 is off the list. (Are you aware that the count of the pregnancy time period --when they say "you're in your 5th week" or "you're in your 6th week"-- doesn't begin on the day of conception, but begins two weeks earlier, on the first day of your last period? Don't let that confuse you if they use that kind of language. What you want from the ultrasound is an estimated due date from an ultrasound. It will help you a lot more than vague remarks about "weeks pregnant."

I called this week to make an appointment, they told me the end of November. Will because the two events are so far apart will they be able to tell me the significance of difference to be able to tell me which conception date is correct? I read over the FAQ and from what I’m understanding the 7 week is the best time. But regardless of who the father would be I’d be over the 7 week mark, even with guy B I’d be looking at week 8 from conception date, not the date of my last cycle.
Since the sex was a month apart, there would be a 4-week size difference between a baby conceived from the first guy and the second guy, even if you hadn't had a period in between showing that you weren't pregnant after the first guy. With that big of a time gap between the men, an ultrasound in your tenth or 11th week will still be able to show (by the embryo's size and developmental markers) which guy is the dad. (There is no such thing as "implantation" bleeding that is as heavy as a period, so it really doesn't sound like you have a lot to worry about.)

But if you are concerned, do be sure now that you will get an ultrasound at the appointment you made for the end of November. Some doctors don't offer one until your 18th week, and that would be a long time to wait if you are nervous. If they won't promise an ultrasound at the appointment at the end of this month, see what you can do to get one, even changing doctors. In your shoes, I would not even tell them when your last period was, so they will give you an estimated due date just from the baby's measurements. You can then take that estimated due date home and put it into an online conception calculator, or just count back from it 266 days, and that is your estimated conception date.
