Reposting my question who is the father of my baby girl?

Hi, I had sex with two different guys and I am pregnant, I'm due July 20th, 2022. The first guy I had sex with was October 24th and 25th. The second guy I only had sex with October 31st. I’m 19 weeks and 1 day my ultrasound says. My last period was October 13th to October 19th. I had unprotected sex with both of them. The first guy was using viagra or something because he was still hard after ejaculating inside me. I forgot to mention I track everything on an app called “Flo”. I got positive pregnancy test November 11th but I felt pregnancy symptoms not to long after I had sex with the first guy. My first ultrasound was December 20th. I was told my due date is July 20th, 2022 from the beginning and my measurements match up to that day. I’m having a girl!

Thank you! Will do. Yes! He’s financially stable enough to do so.

I agree wholeheartedly, It doesn’t seem feasible for the guy on October 31st to have impregnated me, I just have days where I thought it was possible but I think my due date is a dead giveaway that he’s not the father. I will be documenting everything from voice messages I have to text messages threatening suicide and everything in between. Thank you so much for your advice. I feel better about my situation.

Good luck to you. Put it together in a chronology so your lawyer and/or your lawyer's investigator can use it readily. I will bet the guy is not able to completely disappear. The question is whether he would be able to pay child support even if the court rules he should.

Unfortunately, I don’t. :/

Well, make paper copies of everything you have, and keep them in a file with the dates of the sexual encounters (with both men) and the information from the doctor. The guy from October 31 just doesn't sound like he has good odds at all, he's too late. But keep a full journal of what happened, it will help your lawyer present your case and any investigator find the guy.

He’s not married, he’s scared to be put on child support. That’s the first thing he brought up after I told him I was pregnant. Okay, I definitely will! I’m sure he’ll find anyway to get out of this situation even stooping that low.

Do you know his family at all? A sibling could be tested if necessary.
(Not that the sibling would show on a test as the father or anything, but the fact that he or she is a relative could be shown.)

That’s so true! And although he’s deleted all of  his social media accounts I was able to find an old Twitter of his with all the information I needed. His birthday, his real last name (because he gave me a fake one) he was dumb enough to upload a photo of his state ID so I have his Identification number and I have his last known address.

He deleted his social-media accounts? What a chicken. Is the problem that he is married?
Also, it probably is a good idea to stay in touch with the other guy, too. When the baby comes, he can do a test and get ruled out. Then you'll have even more information for the judge.

If Mr. Threatens-Suicide shows back up and says he's willing to take a DNA test, GO WITH HIM and WITNESS him doing the swab. Some guys try sending a look-alike buddy with the guy's ID, to do a DNA test. You don't want to fall down that rabbit hole.

Unfortunately, ever since I told him I was pregnant he’s been hiding. He threatened suicide if I didn’t get an abortion, I haven’t spoke to him since November 19th. He doesn’t know whether I decided to keep the baby or not . I jus told him I wasn’t sending abortion documentation and he’s been missing in action ever since. I barely know him and I wasn’t going to get an abortion just because he said so.

That's very adult of him. What he probably doesn't realize is that his child has legal rights to him whether he threatens suicide and hides, or not. (And she has rights to his estate if he is successful.) Keep track of where he is, but don't be obvious about it. When the baby is born, a judge can issue a summons for him to take a DNA test.

Oh, okay. Thank you for your response. I’m definitely going to have a paternity test done even though I am confident the first guy is my daughter’s father.

Well, of course you should, not the least because it is important for you to protect your daughter's legal rights. Talk to your doctor about getting the test done at the hospital, and to avoid worry later, be sure to go with the guy an witness when he does his swab.

Sounds more like the first guy than the second guy, not because of the Viagra but because of the due date, if you got your estimated due date when you had the first ultrasound on December 20? (Did they say then that you were in your 10th week GA?)

Yes. I was! Does a guy on viagra make more a women chances of getting pregnant higher?
No. As I said above, "not because of the Viagra, but because of the due date."

Viagra was originally developed as a blood-pressure medication. They found during clinical trials that it can have a positive effect on the hydraulics of the penis (helping it go up) for people whose physical issues cause the penis not to be able to go up, because it opens the arteries and floods the penis with more blood.

But improving the mechanics of the penis is all it does. Viagra has no significant effect on sperm's quality, motility, count, density, percentage, or on semen's volume or viscosity. In other words, the erection is Viagra's only job. Whether a woman gets pregnant is up to the sperm, which are not affected by Viagra one way or the other.
