hello I got a question. so 2 years ago I found out that I was pregnant with my daughter that is 2 years old now. I had my period November 20 2010 and I had sex with this guy December 16-20 2010. he has deny her from the time I found out I was pregnant. I had blood work out five after we had sex that how I found out that I was. could he be the father my due date was august 27 2011 but had her on the 24th

If your only options are a guy you had sex with in early November (first week) and a guy you had sex with in mid December, and nobody in between (such as around the 4th of December), as unlikely as it sounds by the usual length of cycles and when ovulation usually is, the December guy has an edge over the November guy.  Glad you're getting the test results back soon.  If this is a question of child support, be sure to use a lab certified by the courts for determining paternity.  You don't need the guy to fake the test.

yes my blood test came back positive I was suppose to have surgery the next day but I couldn't cause I was pregnant. I went to the doctor on January 5 2011. I didn't go get a ultrasound until feb 9 2011 I was 11 weeks 4 days then. I mean I had sex in October. no I didn't have sex late November and yes only had sex late October early November. the first week of November. I waiting for my dna test results right now. no there wasn't anyone else at that time

Honey, I'm not understanding your post exactly.  You had a blood test done on December 22, and it was positive?  That does not suggest the guy December 16-20 was the dad unless you had an extremely early positive result from the blood test.  It would usually be too soon for a pregnancy to show up.  

You went to the doctor "in the beginning of January," what day? and he said you were 6 weeks 4 days pregnant?  Did he get this number by doing an ultrasound?  On what specific day in January was that?  

You say "no had sex in October," what does the "no" mean?  Didn't have sex?  Or no, you didn't have sex with anyone in late November, only October and early November?  How early in November is early?

Then after all of that, you say "it has to be is the guy I had sex with in December kid," well, not until a DNA test says that is so.  I'd be considering even mid-November dates as possibles, if you were with anyone then.

What does "I had blood work out five after we had sex" mean?  

Here is what the conception calculator says about the due date of the 27th.

First day of last menstrual period:  November 20, 2010
Probable date of ovulation:  December 4, 2010
Possible dates of conception:  November 30 to December 8, 2010
Due date:  August 27, 2011 (40 weeks)

If "I had blood work out five after we had sex" means you got a positive blood test for pregnancy five days after you had sex with this guy, well, that is early for a positive, even if it was a blood test and not a home test.  (When I was pregnant the first time, I had a blood test on day 8 and it came up negative, and I was carrying twins.)  It sounds like you were already pregnant before having sex December 16 - 20.  Did you have sex with anyone around late November or December 1 - 4?
