My teeth is "almost" loose.

It's not really loose, but i heard a small crack.
I am only 10 year olds (if you even need to know)
A teeth has recently gotten too disturbing to me, because when I eat, food always get stuck in my teeth and it's already black on the bottom only.
So I tried to pull it out from the top. I took one small tooth. It's on the left side, just next to the last one on the left.
It's the 4-tooth one. (if you know what I mean)
So I put my finger on 1 tooth side, and began pulling it down.
Then I heard a crack.
So, should I get dental treatment or should I pull it out myself? Because I am scared of pain.

Dental treatment is must. You have to consult the doctor before experimenting.
