Can an ultrasonic scaler compromise osseointegration of a new implant?

I just had an upper anterior dental implant placed 3 weeks ago.  The oral surgeon told me to avoid playing woodwind instruments which require biting on a hard mouthpiece (with teeth adjacent to gap, flipper removed) for 3 months because the vibration could adversely affect osseointegration.   Well I’m scheduled to have a dental cleaning soon and ultrasonic scalers also use vibration (and pressurized water), though at much higher frequency.  Could using this dental instrument on teeth adjacent to the new implant potentially have similar risk to a new implant as playing a woodwind?   A small percentage of implants fail to take hold due to unknown cause.   Could this be one of them?

Definitely no harm, unless ultrasonic cleaning insert  scratching implant abutment surface, which may roughen abutment surface.
