Depressed don't know what to do.

I have posted before. Recently I have lost my father and a friend from school. This happened within  4 months of each other (in fact the same day my friend died I found out my father had a terminal disease) I really do not know whom I can talk  to.  My mother didn't really care for my father that much (he was an alcoholic) and no one really knows about the person  from school. It is strange because I haven't seen her in 3 years but I guess she meant a lot to me and it woudl feel akward telling  anyone about this.

If you don't have a friend to talk to you might want to see a social worker or perhaps clergy. Being depressed is normal upon losing a love one or close friend. Try and keep active during this time. Distractions can be a good thing in times like this. If you can't find anyone you're comfortable talking to try writing. Writing a journal or a letters to your father and friend my help your mind work things out. Even writing here where you might get some constructive feed back can be good.
Hang in there You'll get through it.
