my sister and i raise our children totally opposite she allows pot smoking in the house and many other dangerous things my 13 yr daughter is very influenced by her 19 yr old daughter who is sneaking over in her car and taking my child out at night parties boys drugs etc 2 months ago it was 3 hits of acid with my girl right there well aware what was going on it turned into a family war where the girls set me up and i was falsely accused of domestic violence now she has custody while im alone hysterically crying my sister mother and daughter all wrote police reports that are wildly out rageous i did get my girl back but not the same one this one wont speak to me acts like she has something over me and will do it  again help im thinking odd or a behavioral disorder but need answers

Wow.  A simple scratch and pulled hair?  That should have been closed as inconclusive for being he said-she said and no major sign of abuse being evident.  Sorry you had to go through that.

small town and she messed her hair up and said ipulled her hair and scratched her shes really showing signs of ODD

Put an alarm system on your house and don't give your daughter the code.  Can't sneak out to parties with the older cousin then, and if she tries, you'll know because the alarm will go off and you can call the cops and report a runaway minor.  Minors have legal curfews.  She may hate you, but it is for her own good.  And yes, take her to see a therapist.  I find it hard to believe CPS took the kids without evidence, though.  I'd keep her away from the cousin and insist friends come over to your house so you can monitor any bruising she may get so you know the causes.  Tough love.
