depression, migraine or brain tumor?

i have headache n it follows fever, i feel dizzy...i sometimes cant keep my balance, i experience involuntary movement of muscles and loss of control of body functions, my eyesight is continuously getting weak...change in my sense of smell...i feel lazy all the time and get tired way too quickly, and also a change in my behavior, memory, speech and hearing, has occurred, sometimes i feel problem with breathing...when i lay straight i got headache n breathing problem...all the time i feel confused and depressed...sometimes i feel pain when i swallow...my ribs n chest hurts mostly...also have pain in my neck n spinal cord...my psychiatrist said its migraine n gave me medicine but i almost fainted whenever i took that...every time i have headache i feel sleepy and after waking up its better...can any1 help me whats wrong with me?

Get to a regular doctor.  This is not something your psychiatrist is likely to have the means to handle.  This sounds far beyond the realm of migraines.

Yes, see another doctor.  A neurologist would be your best bet.  But even a regular internal medicine or general medicine doctor would be better. How many of them do you have in a month?
