Different diagnosis from each dr????

I am so confused????  My GP says my depression/OCD/cutting is from meditating and opening old sexual abuse wounds and I need to stop meditating and open up to god.  My psychologist says it's all brought on by my concussion and I need to meditate to heal my brain.  My psychiatrists says it's will power and I am choosing this poor behavior and I need to just stop?!?!?!?!  
Does anyone know what to do in this situation???????  Please I am desperate and I know there is something wrong with me but I cannot seem to stop.....  What can I do?

The depression and other symptoms will be helped a lot with this pranayam. Do it twice a day and note down how you feel. After 3 weeks, you will know in your own mind how you can handle the problem yourself. The extra oxygen going into the brain and the blood will help your body systems to get better. Do the pranayam with your eyes closed, and concentrate on the third eye, in between the two eyebrows. Continue the pranayam once a day, after you feel better. You can let me know your progress at some point.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Please  give me a more detailed account of your life's journey, in relation to the
events, that have to do with your psychological and mental heath.
Don't despair . There's Light. You just need help to pull the curtains open, to let it in.

Unfortunately everyone has different options. its normally because you wont fit into a box easily so its not easy to diagnose you. if i was you i would have a look on the internet and learn about different mental health problems and let yourself decide what you think is wrong then go to your doctor and sit down and say i think i have this and then say why. cos at the end of the day it don't matter what they think you have but find the right treatment to get you feeling better. and you know what's going on for you better than anyone else.
