Anyone else ?

I don't understand why but I'm sad all the time. No matter what I'm doing. I'm just always upset and I don't even know what about. I'm just mad at myself for being sad. I just don't know what to do. I don't even try to do my hair or makeup anymore. Is anyone else like this to.?

Hello, I am so sorry you are struggling with depression.  I was on anti depressants for over 20 years.  Depression is such a difficult illness to cope with.

I am with you girl. I used to be so happy and took care of everyone needs to make sure they were happy. Not anymore. I stay in bed all day. I ordered Serelax  and started it last night. This is not me either. I feel like I am in a deep hole and cant climb out of it

I thought it was just me. I didn't know depression reaches so many life. Before I am a happy girl. They said behind a smile  a story. That is true. At work and in public places, people see me happy all the time, always smiling. I guess I am good at hiding my struggles. I enjoy the fact of being strong. How long does that last though?
Lately, I can't pull off a very good smile. I let my sadness show through. I start to hate myself for not being strong and positive. I am losing my smile and my happiness as the days pass and I begin to think this world don't have room for a person to think the way I do now. I am very scard and insecure.
I should be giving advice rather than making it worst. Sorry.
I think you deserve better than being sad. Don't let the world bother you. Be happy with being you because there must be a reason for everything.

Hello, as you are on the depression site I thought you were implying that your low mood is due to depression.  Looking at the replies, however, it would seem you are pregnant, and other ladies are saying you are experiencing hormonal changes due to pregnancy.

You have not mentioned you are pregnant in your question.  Do you think you have the illness depression?
