Seasonal depression

I take celexa and Wellbutrin. Every year my depression gets considerably worse in the winter. I'm going down hill fast now, can it be due to day length this early in the season?

I wondered about this myself.  Every year in the fall I get so extremely sore.  I get spasms threw out my body that are very painful.  With me it's always with the slightest temperature change.  Though as mentioned above I have thought of getting a seasonal depression lamp.  Best of wishes to you.

I know just what you are feeling.  I am bipolar and I tend to go manic most of the time and my doctor showed me on a log going back years how within a 5 day period for years on end I had a manic episode every fall.  I do know how this feels.  Usually this is time for the doctor to make some sort of change or put you on a temporary med.  Talk to your doctor about it.  I cannot treat or diagnose you because I am not a doctor.  Please call your doctor right away.

Well everyone is different when it comes to these things. Just out of curiosity have you ever tried a seasonal depression lamp? If you know your depression is seasonal and you haven't tried one it might be something to look into. I use one or I can't sleep during the winter months.
