I have a daughter that's 26 years old and for years been having anger problems and now there surfacing to the levels of depression severely and shes saying she have sucide thoughts  and i really think shes biopolar

Ditto what remar said.  Your daughter needs to seek the help of a mental health professional, and soon.  Is she open to that?

Your daughter should see a psychiatrist to be evaluated. She will be talked to and given questionnaires to find out if she is indeed bi-polar.
