My Friend Feels Nauseous After Eating

My friend [we will call her C] tells me and acts sick directly after eating anything that she feels like she is going to/wants to throw up. She has not been diagnosed with depression as she has not seeked out any medical help herself. That is why I am on here. C often acts sad, depressed and cuts quite often. She has been through alot in life and depends on others alot. I and she knows that it is not any sort of food poisoning. I have told her many times to go and see someone about this, but she hasn't listened. She has told me that she does not want to tell her mother because she has alot of stress put on her already. Oh, she is thirteen in twenty-days. Not quite there yet. [on the 29th]

Please help. I don't want to see her suffer through any more than she needs to. Thank you for your time.

That's a tough age.  Your friend needs help.  You're right.  If she won't seek it out herself, perhaps you can get more friends together and confront her with love.  If all else fails, you're going to have to risk this friendship and tell her mother so you don't lose your friend.  That's very hard to say to one so young, so is there someone older you can talk to about this who also knows her parents?
