Try writing about your feelings, you dont have to understand what you are feeling just write whatever is on your mind. Get all your feelings out it could help alot. Also, you dont have to read what you have written, no one needs to read it, once you have got all your feelings onto the paper destroy it - throw it away. Maybe talk to someone you trust, your parents, a family friend, one of your friends whoever understands and is willing to listen. I remember when I was 13 and suffering depression it is a confusing time. Take care
Hi AlleyCat11. You'll find lots of friends on here, in fact there seems to be a lot of people your age lately. I haven't been on a lot recently so I'm not sure if there is a group just for teens (look through the forums) but if not we should suggest that they start one. Do you use any of the journals on here to write down what you are feeling, thinking and dealing with? I find it very helpful because I feel mad and confused a lot of the time too. It helps sometimes just to write it down and get it out of your system. I'm 32 but I remember being 13 very well and it is a hard time for young people, especially now days. Post whatever you feel comfortable with and we'll try to be here to listen and give you some support.
