very down and deppressed after relationship

hi guys please advice what to do .
i have broke up my 1.5 year relationship ..and i feel very sad and depressed after we finiseh,,,what i inderstand i really love her so much..as i dint know untill we finished....but too late now..
i cry every second since 2 days ...im hopeless

thank you for great sitaying..im sure it will take longer than 2 week.. as it really hurt...but i will try to be strong and get this over asap..as already arranged  treapy tomoorw.
it hurts but i wanna get this over,,,,
i dont wanna back with her ..as it will hurt me more in the future

Hi there.  Well, break ups are really hard and they hurt.  It is like mourning a death.  Even when it is for the best---  people often feel this way.  So, I'd say with this being very fresh, that this would be expected.

Are you sure a break up is what you want or they want?  Maybe they are feeling very sad as well???  Worth talking about.  

If it is over, then I'd give yourself some TLC right now.  Do some nice and indulgent things for yourself.  Stay really busy with friends or family that are 'safe' (that won't expect you to be your usual chipper self), keep a journal to write in, exercise as that releases the brain's natural happy chemical and is good for mind, body and spirt, throw yourself into work and hobbies.  All of these things help get one through these difficult periods of time.

If the sadness/hoplessness lasts for more than two weeks with your feeling that way every day, you may consider talking to your doctor or a therapist to help you.  lots of luck and sorry you are hurting.  peace
