How do i heal a (dry skin) cut right outside my anus which bleeds?

I have a small cut right outside my anal hole which bleeds when I pass a heavy stool. This doesn't happen every time and only rarely happens. It's not painful either. It was slightly painful the first time when the skin possibly tore from dry skin. I don't use toilet paper, I always wash. I recently found out I'm anemic and have been taking iron tablets. I am slightly overweight. When asked by my gp if I'm bleeding anywhere, I said no as I was scared (and I'm a teenager). I didn't want to go through stitches or any blood transfusion from having too little blood. I do have heavy menstrual bleeding and is an Indian (I was told we are very iron deficient), and I believed that's the reason I'm anemic.

I'd like to know if there's any way i can stop the cut from bleeding and if this is a possible reason I'm anemic. I'd also like to know what measures the doctor would take if this seems to be a problem (esp regarding my anemia). Should I go to the doctor or can I solve this? Thanks.
