Itchy skin bumps almost 2 years

Hello,
I've posted before trying to see if anyone can identify my skin problem but so far haven't had much luck. I've taken some new pictures so hopefully someone can help identify the spots. I wake up at night scratching them and they've been spreading for almost 2 years. None of them have gone away during this whole time, they just multiply.
I've been told they're flat warts, eczema, a fungal infection, and even that it's normal skin. I've had some removed by a dermatologist but they grew back over the scar tissue.
Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It could have been due to sweat dermatitis. The main treatment for sweat dermatitis is prevention. The best thing to consider is to prevent that portion of the body from sweating like by wearing light and cotton clothes, taking cool refreshing baths, maintaining the temperature in your homes and cars and avoiding strenuous activities.

If however sweat dermatitis occurs, then apply mild corticosteroid creams like dermacort or hydrocortisone or calamine lotion on the rashes.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I forgot to add, I have them on my face, stomach, back, arms, shoulders, thighs and ankles. They're always a light brown/reddish color.
