Odd texture of glans

Hello,
I'm 20 years old and about three months ago lost my virginity. I trust the girl and she told me she was clean of any STD's. About 1.5 months later I noticed the glans of my penis is wrinkled. Not like it has ever been. When stretched out, one can see tiny bumps on the flesh. Also, there is a brownish colored patch about .5cm x .5cm were the wrinkles seem to be more prevelant. I am circumcized and on the flesh where my foreskin was there is another brownish region about 1cm x .5cm. When erect the bumps are easier to recognize and the glans appears to be slightly blotchy red and white. Other than a very slight sensitivity there is no physical discomfort. This is bothering me and keeping me up at nights. If any doctor could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for the response. Nothing has changed. I got tested for STD's and all of them came back negative. I did not get tested on hsv 1 however. I have another question if you don't mind. The night I had sex with this girl, she also gave me oral.  I didn't know this before, but she had a cold sore on her lip. Three days later I got sick and got cold sores on my lip. I had no signs of it on my penis. Could this possibly be hsv 1 on my penis? Wouldn't it have come up on my penis the same time my lips had a reaction? It doesn't look like herpes though and has been constant going on two months now.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to fungal infection of the glans that this blotchy red and white rashes has appeared. keep the area clean and dry by retracting the foreskin and washing the area and use creams that contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, and clotrimazole.

If the symptoms are severe then it is better to get an examination done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
