Mosquito like bumps

Hello I am a 23 year old woman who just came back from a family visit to the south. I found these three bumps on my upper arm and they look like mosquitoe bites but they don’t itch. I also have a red bump on my knee that also does not itch but looks like a mosquito bite as well. If any one knows what it is please let me know. I work with children and want to make sure nothing could go wrong.

It's hard to tell what it is for certain, but it still could be an insect bite- maybe just one you aren't reacting to with itching.  For certain, you should see a doctor in person- especially if you are concerned about spreading something.
