Rash On Abdomen but doesn't itch

2 or 3 days ago I noticed some rash on my stomach area, they are quite tiny and small to spot except you use a bright light and when I rub my hands over it, it feels like heat rash but they aren't itchy or do I feel any pain, neither are they coloured pink, red or black. They are just tuned to my skin complexion (I am a black man but not light skinned).
I don't have any cold, fever, headache or sick like symptoms.
I am confused and wondered what might have caused it and I am starting to get a bit paranoid.
Can someone please help me shed more light on what kind of rash this might be.
