groups of white pimples around tip of penis/under foreskin.

Im 18 and am in a relationship which has been on for nearly 9 months now. I havnt seen thies lumps before now and i havent cheated on her, and im 99.9% sure she has't cheated on me, thats why im askin for your help.

a few weeks ago i found 2 tiny white lumps underneth the head of my penis. Looking again today theres now about 12 spread out around ( under foreskin, around the tip ) some in groups but no more than 4, some look different to others now, some are flat and abit red and some are still white.

there is a group of lumps or wart looking lumps around a scar where i ripped the foreskin during intercourse. but im not sure if it is warts or a scar?

i find non of thies lumps irritating. they dont hurt when i urinate. I can't notice them unless i look at them.

im kind of a shy person and whouldt feel to comfterble going to a clinic but i just want to see what you can tell me..

thank you for reading

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Possible differentials include  Pearly penile papules and Fordyce spots. Pearly penile papules are multiple, small papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis.  They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment. On the other hand, Fordyce spots are  small bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They are painless and not itchy and are  caused by abnormally dilated blood vessels, covered by thickened skin.

Take care and regards.
