Thank very much you for concern.

We have consulted a senior most Dermatologist in Hyderabad,India.
He told us not to worry about this, these patches are levels the skin and more brighter, mostly we found these problems in girls,it will be covered with her skin
along with her growth.
He suggested us to apply lotion every day and keep in sun rise in the morning hours, until it will mix with the skin color.

We are really worrying about this ,my baby looks pretty cutie but  these patches are increasing and looks ugly.we can send you some photographs if you require.

Please provide us a better solution to cure

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These white patches can be due to pityriasis alba or idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis. It is 2 to 5-mm flat white spots found on the shins and forearms. It can be due to sun damage or ageing. Treatment options include protection from the sun, cryotherapy, dermabrasion or microdermabrasion, tretinoin cream or pinch grafts of normal pigmented skin. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
