There may be exercises you can do to tone the muscles in your face. Sometimes toning is what it takes, rather than actually losing weight in one spot. As was noted above, you can't spot reduce.
I'd suggest that you do a search for "facial exercises" or something like that and see what you come up with. I'm sure there a plenty that you can either download or watch/do while online. Once you learn the exercises, you can pretty much do them any place.

There is no such thing as "spot-checking" for fat - you burn fat evenly across your body. So the only way to lose fat from around your face is to lose it all over your body.
