I would recommend the Ultrametabolism Diet. There is a detoxifying period, but it's less dangerous than a fast or cleanse.
Fasting is BAD BAD BAD it's a sure fire way to gain twice the weight back once you resume you're nornal eating. Not to mention to other health issues that may arise because of fasting. Never fast no matter how much you want to loose weight.
