I have just lost 10kg in the last 7 weeks. I eat yoghurt and muslie for breakfast...a nice big bowl, I have stopped eating other carbs except low cal pasta. My lunch is some kind of fish - tuna,salmon etc and salad with lots of pickles and beetroot and pineapple, I peck on fruit allllll day, and have a protein and vegetables for dinner. I also snack on plain yoghurt and fruit smoothies. I do a 40min workout at home every day. A dietician told me that a big secret is to eat fruit on an empty stomach. Pineapple, mango, watermellon, pear, apple are the things to go for when you want to fill your tummy. I am eating mostly fresh foods. I feel great and am never hungry. If you have something that you feel guilty about, eat pineapple as your first meal the next day. It's working for me and I feel so good that when I have lost the next 8kg, I am going to keep on eating this way but just introduce carbs back.

Im trying it right now to start my weight loss and it gaurentees between 10-15lb weight loss after the first week if you dont cheat. So far im on the fifth day and Ive lost 5lbs but I also cheated. Maybe you have more will power than me. Honestly it works. However you need to enjoy soup. after the third day its usually easier to not eat than to eat more soup.
