Good morning, everyone and Happy Mother's Day to all of you with children.
How's everyone doing this morning? I'm doing pretty well today and I've not had a bad week, though I do have to acknowledge a gain of 1.4 pounds. I've done well, with the calories, but not so well with the exercise. As I noted in an earlier post, I've lost my walking partner for the summer, so I'm not getting up and out, every morning, like I was. That, aside, I did well all week and my weight just jumped up overnight, which indicates fluid retention.
I have a busy day planned for today and tomorrow, I plan to kick off the week on a whole new note, with time set aside, most days, for at least 30 minutes of exercise.

Do you need motivation, support, tips - or all? My problem is motivation because I don't like exercising alone - have to work on that!!
