It's still not good to lose weight too quickly... I put on 30 lbs in 3 weeks due to thyroid failure, but I didn't want to take it off that quickly, because I didn't want my skin to get all baggy. As it was, I wasn't able to lose it quickly anyway; in fact I ended up gaining another 20 lbs... I've managed to lose 23 lbs of it and still working on the rest, but I'm doing it slowly enough for my skin to shrink as the fat comes off.
i just turned 21 and my weight gain was caused bcuz of hormonal pills prescibed by the doc!! I actually was trying hard frm b4 to loose weight thts y! Thank u :)
You don't want to lose weight fast. Losing weight fast leads to saggy baggy skin. Lose it nice and slow, just like you put it on. One pound at a time.
