I totally understand what you are going through. I just finished my senior year and I struggled with weight. I live with just me and my mom and we are both over weight. I would say that I would tell your mom that you want to lose weight. Ask her that when you go grocery shopping to make a healthier choice- wheat bread instead if white, turkey meat instead. And ask your family to go on a walk in the neighborhood! I'm here if you need advice
Hey,i had the same situation but i managed it when started to work.first i had little breakfast like outmeal, tuna or grapefruit at home.after i am having lunch during the work day and here i chose what i want-i take natural soup without potatoes, etc or buckwheat with sauce and veggies and it makes me full for longer time, for snack- apple, pear. And in the evening i do not need a lot because i eat my biggest meal in linchtime.for the dinner i take grapefruit, orange, tuna, fromage frais, sometimes one potato with peal.and it is very easy when you are out of the home,go walking, biking or swimming.good luck and remember that your weight control depends only on you,no one else will support and motivate you better than yourself.
