Coccidia in puppies

My Pom is 3 months old and weighs 6 pounds. I am certain she has Coccidia.  My Weimaraner's had it and her stool looks like theirs did.  Of course, my Weims were much bigger a 3 mo than she is but I read the doses for Flagyl was 3mg-23mg/one pound of body weight. Can you tell me if this is right?

I can't tell you the correct dose but would suggest taking in 2-3 stool samples to be tested fir a definite diagnosis before treating.  You have to watch the disposing on that medication.
