My 2 year old dog Tukar is sick

My dog tukar is almost 2 and he is vomiting, has literally explosive diarrea , and is shivering which is what i think is trigering his vomiting. I dont know if i can give him some kind of fever reducer or something i dont know what it could be. he just recently got his rabies updated like 2 or 3 weeks ago.   if there any way i can do anything at home before i take him to the vet would be great.

If you can't get into the vet today, at least call the clinic and ask about what treatments you can give him at home to get started calming things down.  I get really worried when dogs get going violently at both ends, so don't put off getting to your vet.

I would take him to the vet asap. You don't want to give him anything OTC unless your vet said it's okay.
