I should also note that I suffer from anxiety a lot too, don't know if that has anything to do with it.
hi, i have also experienced something similar to this.
i was asleep one night when i woke up to a fizzy sound...sounded like the sound of a t.v. when its not on program. well i went back to sleep but when i woke up it was gone and i havent heared it since. i do think it is caused by anxiety. however i think restlessness can cause it to.
goodluck hope you find the answer your looking for.
Well, I went to my GP today, and she looked inside of my ear, and said it will probably go away within 2 weeks, but it's goign to be hard to wait that long :(
I'm having so much trouble sleeping, it can sometimes take me 3-4 hours to get some sleep. Are their any ways to sleep easier with Tinnitus?
Do you use nasal irrigation devices? If you do, it can sometimes cause ear infections or leave water in your ear.
What helps me when I occasionally get this is use Auro Dri -Ear Water Drying Aid.
(I have had insomia/anxiety all my life, so I feel for you buddy)
