I get this too - I can feel the mucus lump at the back of my sinus/throat. I can’t shift it. Then about every 2-3 weeks it suddenly drops down the back of my my throat and I cough it up! It’s awful. It’s a clear lump of wobbly jelly. I only started getting it after I had a complete hysterectomy/oopherectomy and is part of extremely low estrogen levels (surgical menopause). My ENT has agreed that low estrogen levels can cause your mucus to thicken and dry your sinuses. If anyone has anything similar or a way of getting the jelly out I’d be most grateful (I sniff salt water which helps a bit).
Agree with Londres70, go to the ENT Specialist. They could be infected mucus, which is easily treatable, or polyps, which require more complicated treatment, and only a doctor could make a correct diagnosis.
Looks like gelatinous mucus plugs; pic is not really good. Have you ever seen an ENT Specialist about this?
