Wind in right ear causes 3 week blahs....

Whenever wind hits my right ear, be it from a fan or open window in a car or even a windy day, it will cause me to feel very odd. Don't feel like eating, head cloudy, slight dizzy and off feeling, loss of hunger, etc. I have had brain CT scan, MRI brain scans, all kinds of ear and hearing tests, seen various oto-neurologists and nobody can tell me why this is happening. What is the root cause? One doc guessed at maybe the right auricular branch of the vagus nerve was damaged.................but how to repair it??? They said put an ear plug in your right ear, but no suggestion on how to devise a cure. Any suggestions? Is there any specific university that is leading edge in hearing problems that I might contact for help??
